Getting a good sleep is an incredibly important for your health infect its felt as important as eating a balance ,nutritious diet and exercising

When you complete your sleep. you relax ,calm and Energetic.







What to do when you can't sleep??


  • Don't get discouraged and up out of bed 10 minutes after closing your eyes, its normal to lie in bed for15 to 20 minutes before you actively fall asleep

  • Try to go back to sleep if you wake up in the middle of the night.As with falling asleep don't give up too soon.

  • If you can't fall asleep after 30 minutes, get out of bed, stretch, and do something low key or tedious and walk on the roof to catch the fresh wind. Avoid screens and electronic devices.





  • Keep relaxed and focus on your breathing.

  • Adjust the temperature. According to the national sleep foundation, The ideal sleep temperature range is between 60and 67 degree fahrenheit.

  • If stress or worry are keeping you up, and try to think about positive things , instead of dwelling on negative thoughts.





  • If you feel stress and anxiety .So close your eyes and all focus on your breath.

  • And making healthy decisions can help improve the quality of sleep that you get each night.

  • Establishing a regular sleep schedule chooses a bedtime and wake time that will help you meet the recommended number of hours for sleep each night.



  • Set up a good sleep environment . Your bedroom should be dark,cool and quiet .You should have a comfortable mattress, pillow, and blanket.

  • You should go for a walk and exercise everyday.


                          





  • Regular physical activity is good for your health ,and it can help you fall asleep at night.


  • You should do meditation in the morning everyday.you feel fresh and happy.
